Midwifery

Our Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) provide health care involving emotional and physical support to women before, during, and after childbirth. They are registered nurses with specialized training in assisting pregnant women and their newborn babies. Our CNMs have completed an accredited program of study and clinical experience in obstetrical care.

Our Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) participate in a varitey of services including:

  • Care During and After Pregnancy
  • Post partum care
  • Contraceptive management
  • Peri-menopausal and post-menopausal counseling

Our CNMs have a Masters in Nursing and a Postmasters Certificate in midwifery
